1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Bizzclaw, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Bizzclaw provides an AI-powered business assistant that works through WhatsApp and may connect to services you authorize, including Google Workspace and, separately, Gmail via an App Password. Depending on the features you enable, Bizzclaw can help identify eligible meetings, analyze authorized Google Meet transcripts, prepare summaries and proposed follow-up work, and read and act on Gmail messages on your behalf (search, send, reply) with your explicit approval.

3. Google Workspace Authorization

Google Workspace features are optional and require your authorization. You represent that you have the right to connect the selected Google account and to allow Bizzclaw to process the meeting, attendee, and transcript information available through that account. Automatic attendee-summary emails remain disabled unless you explicitly enable them.

You may pause Google Workspace processing, disable automatic emails, disconnect the integration, or revoke access through your Google Account. If you revoke a permission required for a feature, that feature may stop working until you reconnect and grant the necessary permission.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

The accuracy and legality of the data you provide to train the AI.
Ensuring your use of the service complies with WhatsApp's Terms of Service and policies.
Complying with Google's applicable terms and policies when using Google Workspace features.
Providing any notices and obtaining any consents required to process meeting transcripts or send summaries to attendees.
Reviewing AI-generated summaries and proposed actions before relying on them for consequential business decisions.
Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
All activities that occur under your account.

5. AI-Generated Output

AI-generated summaries, decisions, recommendations, and proposed tasks may be incomplete or inaccurate. Bizzclaw distinguishes calendar-based information from transcript-supported analysis where applicable, but you remain responsible for reviewing output before acting on it. Bizzclaw does not guarantee that every meeting artifact will be available or that every generated output will be error-free.

6. Intellectual Property

Bizzclaw and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Bizzclaw and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Bizzclaw be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

8. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our service, and any service or material we provide via the service, in our sole discretion without notice.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bizzclaw operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
