Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect
At Bizzclaw, we collect information necessary to provide our AI-powered WhatsApp assistant services. This includes:
- Contact information (email address) when you join our waitlist.
- Business data and files you upload to train your AI assistant.
- Communication data between the AI assistant and your customers on WhatsApp.
- Google account information and OAuth permissions when you choose to connect Google Workspace.
- Eligible Google Calendar event details, including meeting titles, times, descriptions, and attendee information.
- Authorized Google Meet transcripts, participant information, and related meeting artifacts when they are available.
- Gmail message content and metadata—including reading, searching, sending, and replying to email in your account—when you connect Gmail with an App Password and approve an email action.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected data to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Bizzclaw service.
- Train the AI model specific to your business needs.
- Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support.
- Send you updates about our service and waitlist status.
- Identify eligible completed meetings and prepare meeting summaries, decisions, proposed tasks, and follow-up information for you.
- Send concise meeting summaries to attendees from your Gmail account only when you have explicitly enabled automatic attendee summaries.
- Read, search, send, and reply to email in your connected Gmail account—each of these actions requires your explicit approval before it happens.
3. Google Workspace Data
Connecting Google Workspace is optional. Bizzclaw requests access only to provide the meeting-to-action features you choose to use:
- Google Calendar access is used to identify and understand eligible meetings.
- Google Meet access is used to retrieve authorized transcripts and participant records.
- Gmail is connected separately, using a Gmail App Password rather than Google sign-in, and is used to read, search, send, and reply to email in your account. Automatic meeting-summary emails go out only after you enable them; every other Gmail action requires your explicit approval before Bizzclaw performs it.
Bizzclaw does not use Google Workspace data for advertising, does not sell it, and does not use it to train or improve generalized AI models. Google Workspace data is used only to provide and improve the user-facing features you request. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
4. Storage and Retention
OAuth credentials and other sensitive connection data are protected using appropriate technical safeguards. Raw Google Meet transcript entries are retained for up to 30 days and are then deleted. Derived business records—such as meeting metadata, final summaries, decisions, proposed tasks, evidence timestamps, and delivery history—are retained while needed to provide the service or until you request deletion, subject to legal obligations.
5. Sharing and Service Providers
We do not sell your personal information or Google Workspace data. We may share data with service providers that process it on our behalf to operate Bizzclaw, such as hosting, communications, and AI-processing providers. These providers may access data only as necessary to perform services for us and are subject to contractual and confidentiality obligations. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Bizzclaw, our users, or others.
6. Your Controls and Choices
You can decline to connect Google Workspace and continue using features that do not require it. You can pause meeting processing, disable automatic attendee-summary emails, reconnect to update permissions, or disconnect Google Workspace through Bizzclaw. You can also revoke Bizzclaw's access from your Google Account permissions page. Disconnecting stops future access; you may contact us to request deletion of retained Google-derived data.
7. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Third-Party Services
Bizzclaw integrates with services including Google Workspace and WhatsApp (owned by Meta), and uses AI models from third-party providers such as OpenAI or Anthropic. Your data may be processed by these providers as necessary to deliver the features you request and in accordance with applicable agreements and policies.
9. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To exercise these rights, please contact us.
10. Contact Us
